Shipping Policy

1.The price quoted by us does not include costs of shipment or delivery to your forwarded or shipping agents, taxes (export and import), unless specifically stated at the time of sale.

2.If Customer want to replace the damaged pack he has to contact us with in 24 hours of receipt of the package

3. If  shipping agency need the damaged pills pack, customer has to send the pills back , please take return address from Sales@wecare-all.com before sending the pills back.

4. If  package is damaged in shipment, it is the obligation of the customer to report any and It is our kind request keep all the pills and Envelop/Wrapper/Box of packing. And please do send us Picture of all pills and Picture of Wrapper showing the Tracking Id to our email Sales@wecare-all.com. It will help us to talk to shipping agency to claim the replacement. 

5. Packs shipped to UK(United Kingdomfrom) from Overseas will be delivered by Royal Mail or by Parcel force. And Packs Shipped from UK to UK or from Europe will be send by Swiss postal service.

6. All USA Packs Either from Overseas or From USA to USA will be received through USPS and Signature is required if shipped from Overseas and Packs Shipped from USA to USA will be delivered to his/her mail box or as requested by him/her to USPS.

7. We are shipping packs to PO Boxes as well, in the case of PO box signature not required.

8. Order id will be given to you at the time of sale/ placing the order.

9.Tracking id will be given to you with in 24-48 hours after sending money and confirming the shipping address.

10.You will receive the Pack with in 7-10 days in case of EMS and 8-15 days in case of Regular Mail and 3-5 days in case of USA to USA. Please do confirm the USA to USA Stock before placing the order.
