Shipping Policy

1.The price quoted by us does not include costs of shipment or delivery to your forwarded or shipping agents, taxes (export and import), unless specifically stated at the time of sale.

2.If  package is damaged in shipment, it is the obligation of the customer to report any and all damage immediately upon receipt. The carrier issuing insurance for the shipment is responsible for any damage incurred, and our sole obligation will be to render any reasonable assistance required by the carrier to verify the extent and nature of the damage.

3. An inventory and damage check is performed on all packages shipped to us. The customer will be contacted if a package arrives in a damaged condition, and it will be the responsibility of the customer to collect any damages due from the carrier.

4. If Customer want to replace the damaged pack he has to contact us with in 24 hours of receipt of the package and send us the screen shot of the pack showing the pills and picture of the Envelop showing the tracking id, so that we can do the need full to send remaining pills or replace pack.

5.The customer should check a returned shipment for completeness, and any items believed missing should be reported immediately.

6. Pack will be received through USPS and Signature is required if shipped to his/her mailing address.

7. We are sending packs to PO Boxes as well, in the case of PO box signature not required.

8. Order id will be given to you at the time of sale/ placing the order.

9.Tracking id will be given to you with in 24-48 hours after sending money and confirming the shipping address.

10.You will receive the Pack with in 7-10 days in case of EMS and 8-15 days in case of Regular Mail and 3-5 days in case of USA to USA. Please do confirm the USA to USA Stock before placing the order.
