Arthritis is a joint inflammation disease, but the term is used to describe many affected joints, the tissue that are surround the joints and other connective tissues. The most common form of arthritis is osteoarthritis.There is another terms of arthritis are gout, fibromyalgia and rheumatoid arthritis. Rheumatoid arthritis involve pain, aching, stiffness and swelling in and around the joints.The symptoms can happen  gradually or sudden. Some forms of arthritis can affect multiple organs, and widespreads many symptoms.

Causes of Arthritis

There is a many causes of arthritis depend on the type of arthritis or circumstances.Causes  

Include metabolic abnormalities, hereditary factors direct and indirect effect of infection, and misdirect immune system with autoimmunity arthritis and systemic lupus arthritis. Possible causes may include injury, leading or degenerative arthritis, infection such as in the lyme disease, immune system dysfunction such as RA and SLE.

Food that increase arthritis such as animal drives food, diet in high refined sugar can make symptoms worse, as can eating food provoke an immune system response.

Symptoms of Arthritis

Symptoms of arthritis are include pain and limited function of joints. Joints inflammation  from arthritis characterized by joint stiffness, redness pain and warmness. Tenderness of the inflamed joints and  can be presented with or without pain. When large joints involve such as knee joints it reduce cartilage with limitation of motion from the damage joints.

When arthritis can occur in the small joints such as finger, there can be bone growth and loss of hand grip and grip strength of the hand.

The symptoms of arthritis in some patient can be included fever, gland swelling,  weight loss, feeling unwell and even symptoms are abnormalities of organs such as lungs, heart, and kidney.

Natural Remedies of Arthritis           

A healthful balance diet with appropriate exercise,avoiding smoking, and not drinking excess of alcohol, can help people with arthritis maintain overall health.


Food: There are some foods that should be avoid due to the causes of arthritis, some vegetable such tomatoes it include a chemical called solanin that cause arthritis pain.After many observations  it conclude that avoiding nightshade vegetable may help to reduce the causes and risk of arthritis.


Diet: There are some foods that are very nutritious for the healthy growth of arthritis and reduce inflammation.  If you include fish, nuts and seeds, fruits and vegetable, beans olive oil and whole grains can help you to reduce risk of arthritis.


Improving sleep: Poor sleep can aggravate arthritis pain. Take step to sleep hygiene so you find fall easier asleep and stay asleep. Avoid caffeine, strenuous exercise and restrict screen time before sleeping.


Physical activities: Physical activities that are appropriate with adult with arthritis and heart disease are walking,swimming, cycling are help you to prevent these disease.


Warm water therapy: Exercise in warm water pool. The warm water support weight and put less pressure  on the joints and muscles.

Medicines for Arthritis

Acetaminophen: This medicines are commonly used and also used without prescription as pain reliever for the people with arthritis. It is used for pain reliever but not for joints inflammation. For the people existing with the problems like heart problems, diabetes  high blood pressure, kidney failure should talk to the doctor before the use of these medicines.


Antidepressant: These medicines are used to treat chronic pain, whether you have depression or not. Some side effects are drowsiness, dry mouth, blurred vision. Symptoms are mood change or suicidal thoughts.


Corticosteroids: These are injected directly on the affected joints can be useful for decreasing pain in short term, although effected tend to wear off after a few week. To maintain relife you have to inject corticosteroids every month on the affected joints.


Hyaluronan: There are several version of hyaluronan injection also called viscosupplementation that are used to treat osteoarthritis of the knees. They are injected directly into the joints and reducing pain for period up to six month.


Diacerein: This medicines may slow down the breakdown of cartilage in people and also act as pain relief compare to placebo, but also increase the risk of diarrhea.

Opioids and narcotic analgesics: Controlled trials showed a significant reduction in pain, and some improvement in physical functions with the use of these medicines. Some side effects are nausea, constipation, dizziness, sleepiness and vomiting.
