Anxiety is a common mental health condition in today life which experience in different situations and different stages of life. This problem sometimes also found in children. Sometimes anxiety can be caused due to a situation or environmental changes like if you are a chef and all of a sudden you are not prepared for cooking and suddenly 30 people enter in the hotel and you have to prepare a meal for them that situation can cause anxiety problem. After dealing with that situation the anxiety problem goes as the challenge going. An anxiety attack comes only for a short time. Anxiety attacks are extremely intense physiological events.It can cause intense physical symptoms that are very serious health disorders like chest pain, difficulties in breathing, weakness, fainting, tingling in feet and head and rapid heart beat. After observing many anxiety cases there might be multiple symptoms going at once.

 Physical changes:
Panic attack, hot and cold flushes, rapid heartbeat, quick and shorten breathing, excessive sweating, insomnia, headache, weakness, nausea, frequent urination, and diarrhea.

 Psychological:
Excessive fear, worry, over obsessive thinking, feeling of apprehension death, restless or irritability, anticipating the worse, always thinking for sings of risks.

 Behavioral:
Avoidance of situations that make you feel anxious which can on your daily life like on your study, office work, difficult to concentrate on a particular thing or activity, engaging in the unhealthy, risky or self-destructive behavior( such as excessive drinking or drug use to deal with anxiety).

 Bad effects of anxiety on your personal life:
Lost important opportunities in social and professionally due to excessive shyness and. Dysfunction problems in relationships due to the fear of losing confidence in performance. The high rate of avoiding work, reduce work performance, reduce productivity, unemployment, and disability all these causes of anxiety.
