Insomnia is a sleeping disorder. Individuals who suffer from insomnia have face difficulties in fall to asleep, stay asleep some both. They don’t feel refresh when they wake up from sleeping. This can lead to fatigue and other symptoms. Insomnia can occur at any age.

Home remedies for insomnia:
Warm milk: Warm milk is very helpful for sleep. For use take a glass of warm milk and mix with honey or turmeric. Sip warm milk it will give relief from a headache caused by stress and lack of sleep and give a deep sleep.

Physical exercise and yoga: Regular exercise, yoga, and meditation also give rid of insomnia. It reduces body contraction and gives you a peaceful mind which helps to sleep better.

Make environment calm: When you are going to sleep make your environment calm and relax. Try to avoid television, computer and cut off from the late night use of mobile.

Herbal tea: Try to include herbal tea in your drinking habits that reduce useless fat and cholesterol which reduce the risk of constipation other digestion problems. This gives your relaxed sleep.

Warm water bath: When you are not able to sleep take a warm water bath for 20 to 30 minutes that gives relaxation to your muscles and nervous system and helps to sleep relaxed.
Medicines for Insomnia
All insomnia medication should be taken shortly before bed. Do not attempt to drive or perform any activities that required concentration. It will make you feel sleepy. All medication gives you in the combination of other relaxation medicines.

Benzodiazepines: These older sleeping pills may use when you want in insomnia medication that stays in the system longer. They are very effectively used to treat sleep problems such as sleepwalking or night terrors. But these drugs may because you feel sleepy during the day. Benzodiazepines are included emazepam (Restoril), triazolam (Halcion).

Doxepine (Silenor): This sleep medicine is approved for use in people who have trouble staying asleep. Silenor may help with sleep maintenance by blocking histamine receptors. Do not take this medicine unless you are able to get a full 7 to 8 hour of sleep.

Eszopiclone (Lunesta): Lunesta also helps you fall asleep quickly, and give you sleep for 7 to 8 hours of sleep. Don’t take Lunesta unless you are able to get a full night’s sleep as it could be exhausted and grogginess. You are not able to manage your work properly and restless all the time. The appropriate dosage of Lunesta is 1 milligram.

Zolpidem (Ambien, Edluar, and Intermezzo): These medicine works well at helping you get to sleep, but some people tend to wake up in the middle of the night. Zolpidem may help you to go to sleep and stay asleep longer. You should not take Zolpidem unless you are able to get full night’s sleep.
